At Kokkaarako Restaurant, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service. If an order is incorrect, spoiled, or undelivered due to our error, customers may request a refund or replacement within 30 minutes of receiving their order. Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit at our discretion.Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted, but we may offer replacements for valid complaints supported by proof. Cancellations are only possible within 5 minutes of placing an order, provided food preparation has not started. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except for failed deliveries caused by the restaurant.We reserve the right to deny refunds for fraudulent claims or repeated requests. Refunds

  • Kokkaarako Restaurant reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of repeated refund requests or suspected fraudulent claims.

  • Refunds for online payments may take 1-2 business days to process.

  • Complaints about taste preference will not be eligible for refunds but may qualify for store credit.
